An Introduction to the 12 Dimensions of Happiness
Beloved Robin Williams gave us two gifts to serve our happiness: His amazing humor and his tragedy, which has put the spotlight on us Americans to heal our blues.
Do you feel unhappy at times? You are not alone-
“The world’s most prosperous nation is also the most depressed. According to The Washington Post, America consumes three quarters of the planet’s anti-depressants, with one out of three women popping Prozac, Zoloft or Paxil. What makes the phenomenon even more curious is a recent study published as a Newsweek cover story suggested anti-depressants are no more effective than placebos.
How could a nation of such wealth foster such desperate unhappiness? The question is compounded by the fact this republic was founded by Thomas Jefferson as a place for “the pursuit of happiness.” By that count, America, for all its other successes, has ultimately failed.” Rabi Shmuly
Why do we do what we do? Why do Americans work so hard? Why do most take so many drugs? It is all for the pursuit of happiness, right? But what if happiness doesn’t come from pursuing anything?
Thich Nhat Hanh said “There is no way to happiness. Happiness IS the way.” Happiness is not something you have to go out and get or accomplish. It is an inner realization that needs expression.
Happiness is who we truly are. We are not happy when we are not “firing on all cylinders”- so to speak. We are multidimensional spiritual beings; 12 dimensions to be exact -according to my studies. True Happiness is fully experiencing our multidimensionality. Most people are operating on only one to three dimensions. Humanity has been energetically crippled for a long time.
For the past 19 years, I have been studying the human chakras (energy centers of the body and beyond). I work with a 12 chakra model that includes the familiar 7 Chakra system.
As we awaken we realize more and more how everything in the universe is connected as we all come from the same divine intelligence. The amazing connection I have been exploring is between Chakras, numerology, astrology, and dimensions of consciousness.
My research has me nullifying two popular myths. The first popular belief is, “The lower chakras (those energy centers below the heart) are of the ego and nothing good comes from them.”
Our energy centers are like pistons on a car engine. Each and every one is vital for our life engine to run at full power. The soul is meant to be expressed through all of our chakras. I doubt our Creator made a defective design.
The lower chakras represent our primal self and inner child. Without these vital parts of ourselves, we are powerless in the world, and lack creativity, and joy. It is when we are out of touch with our child-like innocence that it acts out as an unhealthy shadow. Being fully connected with our inner child is paramount to being an actualized happy person.
The second myth I choose to nullify is “the third dimension will disappear once we enter the 5th dimension.” Higher dimensions can not be excluded from lower dimensions. For example the 3rd dimension is a result of the 1st and 2nd dimension combined. The fifth dimension cannot exist without the inclusion of the first through fourth dimensions. Fifth dimensional consciousness cannot be experienced without continually mastering the lower dimensions of consciousness. The greater the number dimensions the more expanded consciousness becomes that is more and more inclusive of all realities.
Only the opposite is true: Those operating at a lower dimensional consciousness are blind to the higher dimensions. So if you are operating at a higher dimensional frequency, those who are operating at a lower frequency simply don’t get you. Give up wasting your energy trying to get people who are running a lower frequency to see you. You are invisible to them until they choose to raise their frequency or you choose to step down your frequency to meet them where they are at.
So what does this mean in real life? How we manage our energy affects our lives in every conceivable way. Here are summary of examples that only scratch the surface of understanding:
A lesson of the first dimension/chakra is to heal one’s aloneness. It is the knowing one is a unique individual who’s presence on earth makes a difference.
A lesson of the second chakra/dimension is resolving differences between the masculine and feminine principles, mastering desire, cooperation. A lesson of the third chakra/dimension is mastering the material world, being creative and and productive.
A lesson of the fourth chakra/dimension is to learn to navigate time. This is the dimension for discovering what needs healing, because when we are wounded we are caught in a certain pain memory (time) . Healing the memory involves bringing the memory into the now awareness.
The fifth dimension is NOW consciousness. We realize in this now moment, we are well, whole, peaceful, abundant, loving, and happy. Enlightenment happens as we realize we are always here and now. Time is no longer seen as an absolute linear progression but as various perspectives of now. So time exists, but not what we thought it was. It is very elusive because as we change our perspective so do we change our time, because it is all happening now!
In this book I will also give a description of the higher chakra/dimensions.
Humanity is resurrecting its divine potential. The 12 chakra galactic human is being reawakened. Dormant chakras are are being re-activated one at a time, then slowly firing sequentially with increasing acceleration until eventually all chakras/dimensions are operating simultaneously. At the source of our being (our Soul), we are already at 12 dimensional consciousness, and always were. Now the many fragmented time perspectives are reassembling as we are re-membering our 12 dimensional wholeness in one body.
So now lets look at each of the 12 dimensions of happiness with more depth.
ONE • Happiness is Grounding Your Self Loving.
Real and lasting happiness can only come from inside of you. You have everything you need to be truly happy now. No one else can make you happy. They can only mirror the happiness you have already cultivated. If you were to bump into someone who is more happy than yourself, you would not notice them, dismiss them as crazy, be envious or jealous of their higher state, or use this positive mirror as an opportunity to awaken to this greater happiness in yourself. Happiness results from your loving, starting with yourself.
The First Chakra/ Dimension involves healing your aloneness. Spiritually speaking, there is no such thing as being alone. There is only all-oneness. You are never separate, but one with everyone. The closer you get to your Self, the closer you become to all your relations.
Everything that happens around you is a mirror of your relationship with yourself. Love yourself and the universe as you, and you will find the universe loving you back. If the universe is not treating you well, it is a sign that in some way you are not treating yourself well. You deserve your better self loving.
The first dimension is about Self Sovereignty (versus codependence) You are an individual that is eternal. We live in a holographic universe. Every entity is the central intelligence of the whole. The great love, wisdom, and power is within all things, including you. You are an individual (you can not be divided) as you are the center of your uni-verse. All happenings are reflections of your energy, the consciousness you are being, Thus, by what you choose to imagine, speak, and act on, you are the creator of your creation. Everyone you see and interact with are mirrors of the energy you are expressing, not your source. There is nothing outside of yourself to get. You are what you are seeking. The outer sensual world is temporary and already past. If you are trying to “Re-late”, you are already late, behind, procrastinating with getting on with your inner calling. Do not allow your outer world to run you. It is already past. Be the master of your creation not a slave of your fears. You are creator no matter what! So come back to your center where your creativity begins. Be the producer, director, and hero of your life movie.
Happiness results from experiencing yourself as at cause rather than at effect. Reality is the gift of your aliveness you feel in your heart now, not your outer conditions. Rather than relationship, you are in one-ship with everyone and all of life. Codependence, is believing your outer world is more important than your inner connection, and your value is determined by your performance and how others see you. You have nothing to prove because you are already perfect as you are now. Seek the kingdom within and all else shall be handed onto you. Realizing your inner peace, love, harmony, and abundance, a similar outer world naturally out-pictures around you.
Decree: I am the Author of My Life.
The first gift you can give yourself is to get more grounded. Being grounded drains the mind of frivolous, disconnected thinking. Feel your feet on the earth. Take a walk and/or lie down on the earth. Allow any anxiety or worries to drain out of you. The earth takes it all -if you will give her a chance.
Grounding means slowing down to become more present with yourself and your body. How are you meeting your physical needs such as food, water, shelter, rest, exercise, money, etc? How can one be happy if one is not not taking good care of oneself?
At some point in our awakening we realize we must give up the chase and turn our attention inward. Most people do not know how to give themselves this kind of attention. You deserve your love because your soul is a blessing on our earth. Did you absorb those words, or did they fly over your head? In my past, I did not believe I was a blessing. I was not grounded because I did not feel I belonged here, and I believed I was a burden to my family. I certainly didn’t feel I was a blessing to the world. If you can relate to these feelings in your own life , I recommend you say the following as a mantra, over and over – for at least 3 days:
“I am a blessing to the world.” A spiritual teacher had me repeat these words over and over in front of a group of people as I gushed with tears. But as I continued saying it to myself all day – every day, only 2 days people literally started saying to me -unsolicited, “You are a blessing!”
This is Truth, Your real essence is made of unconditional love. There is nothing in our universe more precious than love. When we see a new born baby, we see our innocence. We are all children of God. To rediscover our authentic happiness we must remember our innocence. Remembering our innocence sets us firmly on the path of realizing our happiness.
Grounding your self loving means making your self love real. Start with writing that book you have been intending to write , climbing that mountain you had been meaning to climb, or doing that spiritual practice. Happiness is meeting your own creative desires. To put your creative desires on hold is to put your happiness on hold.
Give yourself time to know yourself deeper and get your life in order. No one is responsible for loving you but you…. So you might as well be an excellent self lover, because the more you love yourself, the more love you will naturally be giving to others, and you will often see this mirrored back in beautiful ways only because your love is at least that beautiful. You will give up emptying your cup of love and leaving yourself depleted… Your cup shall runneth over.
To be grounded is to know where you stand. Give up being invisible. You deserve to be fully here. Your loving presence is a blessing to the world. You make a unique difference to our web of life.
More suffering has been caused by the religious belief that one must annihilate their ego. Years ago when I followed the path of ego annihilation, I was so disempowered and lost I often could not find my car keys, much less find success in my career and relationships. We were never meant to lose our individuality.
The ego and the individual are not the same thing. The ego believes it is separate from the whole of life. It is really an abandoned inner child trying to get love from the outer world. Practice loving your inner child and it will return to its innocence.
Each individual soul is a beautiful holographic expression of God that is completely unique. No one could paint like Michelangelo. No one could lead India to its independence like Gandhi. No one could help the destitute like Mother Teresa. Every individual has a unique divine purpose – including you.
Encoded in your magnificent Soul is a way of uplifting our planet that only you can do. Happiness begins to happen when you can realize and express your specialness. By standing tall and proud of your innocence, and that you have something special to offer, you encourage others to tap into their own specialness.
Self-Loving Shared
Loving your specialness opens the door to healthy relationships. You were never meant to give up your individual power for another. Your job is not to caretake another or being taken care of by them. This is codependence. If you feel sad in your relationship you are probably codependent. Sadness is a sign you are not free. A happy relationship is based on two people who are each living their freedom, choosing to share their lives not because they need to but only because they want to. Don Miquel Ruiz wrote: “If you give your happiness to another person he/she will break it into a million pieces.” Never trust another with your happiness. It is not their job to keep you happy, and not your job to make your partner happy. Your life assignment is to take full responsibility for your own happiness, and share your authentic joy with the world. When you’re committed to your happiness you will settle for nothing less than being with another person who is also committed to their happiness and this results in a healthy committed relationship. Love is not need. Love is not expectation. Happy relationships result from the victory of your self-loving shared.
