How do I keep my vibe high?
First of all, it should not be hard work, because your core essence IS the highest vibe you can attain. That is why enlightened masters are called SELF-Realized.
Paradoxically, your vibration does is NOT sustained at a higher frequency if you are trying to get high. Your high vibe does not come from a mood-altering substance, an oil, crystal, nature, from your lover, or an enlightened teacher ––although any of those things can serve as temporary supportive reminders. But when we lean on anything or anyone to “MAKE us happy,” we are going to be let down. We are going to have a fall because we had forgotten our Authentic Self is the real source.
The authentic you is of the highest frequency you can attain. When you are being authentic, absolutely true to yourself, you are at your highest vibration that attracts amazing opportunities.

So the question arises, what is the main thing that keeps us from feeling our authentic peace, love, and joy, and abundance? What is the main thing that lowers our energy frequency?
Just two things:
- First, it’s allowing yourself to be distracted by lessor priorities that suck your energy. The number one reason we get so seduced into using unhealthy substances and doing frivolous activities is because we don’t want to face what blocks our happiness the most. So what is it that blocks our high vibe?
- Our unfinished business of the past that shows up in our emotional and physical bodies as trapped emotions and toxic beliefs. Most of this negative stuff is lurking in the back of our minds, unconsciously attracting negative outcomes in our health, relationships, and careers.
Most people do one of two things about this unprocessed pain:
- Number one, Avoidance: They ignore their issues at all cost; issues like not knowing why they don’t have many close friends and family who really care about them, or a truly loving relationship, or an enjoyable and prosperous career. This habit of avoiding our inner pain is what drives our addictions. Playing the weak game to get high keeps us playing small and compromising our integrity and dreams.
- The second most popular way most people deal with their emotional issues is Identification. They identify themselves as their issue. For example, they go into therapy where they learn what went wrong in their childhood to explain why their lives are so messed up. Labeled with some kind of negative ailment, they become identified with what is wrong with them. I have found this to be a very expensive path in both time and money, with very questionable effectiveness. Being identified to one’s human issues is a depressing state that motivates many people to get high in some unhealthy way yet again. Feeling like they are a burden to the world, some commit suicide.
Remember, I said getting free of your lower vibrational patterns should not be such hard work. I said this because you are NOT a flawed human. You are a powerful spiritual being made in the image and likeness of your Creator, here to transform your human experience. At the deepest level there is nothing wrong with you. No matter what you are going through on the human level, on the authentic self level, you are already free and perfect as you are. Remembering your inner perfection regardless of what you are going through is a first big step to raising your vibration into healing, empowerment, and joy.

What does a Freedom Code session look like?
The real you doesn’t need any healing. We see your Authentic Self is already whole and free. But, you may not feel free in certain ways, because you subconsciously absorbed society’s fear matrix.
The Freedom Code clears away the negative emotions that have become trapped in your body from previous traumatic experiences in this life and previous lives so your Soul’s magnificence can come back out to play! The stuff we clearing out of you is not really you and it was never you. These human patterns come out of us more easily when we stop identifying ourselves to them. So, whatever emotions we clear out of you, please do not take any of it personally. Consciously, you may not be aware of it, because what we are clearing is on the subconscious level. It is the underlying stuff that has the tendency to sabotage your life progress.
Some of these emotions are trapped in the heart chakra causing an energetic wall between yourself and others. We have not found anyone who does not have the heart wall. I had 8 trapped emotions in my heart, keeping me out of relationship. The very day I cleared that eighth emotion I dated a woman for the first time in four years, and another woman the next day, and that following evening I met Maqua, now my beautiful wife doing healing work with me now!

Can we clear Physical Issues?
Absolutely yes. Every week we hear about another miracle. Long term aches and pains often vanish in the first session. Maqua and I both had an opportunity to clear extreme tooth pain. I gave one session to a woman in Spain on Skype, when I was just learning this work. She was in excruciating pain and had scheduled her tooth to be removed the next day. My mind thought, of course, she will need to have her tooth removed. But muscle testing told me that the tooth could be saved. Every time I cleared an emotion, she said the pain was less. After 40 minutes the pain was completely gone. After the pain medication wore off hours later the pain was still gone. She canceled her dentist appointment and the last time I talked to her she still has the tooth without any pain. Maqua had the exact same experience with another lady.
Bigger issues like cancer require more sessions because so many layers of trapped emotions may be involved. But even so, clients invariably report feeling remarkably better after each session.
