We have all been hypnotized by society and especially by the medical establishment that we get health from something outside of ourselves, when the real issue is we are only partially soul embodied.  A fully embodied person is perfectly healthy.

Allow me to explain my soul embodiment scale. The average unawakened person on the street is about 50 percent soul embodied; a newly awakened person is about 70%.  A healer, is in the 80% range.  An enlightened person is  90%,  And, a perfectly realized Christ/Buddha – 100%.  This means the body has completely transmuted from an atomic to an electronic light body.  At this point, there is no more aging and many additional abilities become available.

Whenever you feel happy in your own skin, you are more soul embodied. We have all had moments when we were close to 100% Soul embodied.  Maybe it was at your birthday, when you first united with a soulmate, at a steller performance you gave, while feeling “in the zone” in sports, feeling one with the universe while in Nature, or while being an instrument for someone’s healing. We all have the power to become more soul embodied, and one of the most straight forward ways is through our breath.

The Buddha’s ancient method of soul embodiment that is still practiced today is meditating on your breath. This is called Vipassana meditation, and it’s traditionally done for many days, even weeks and months.  In the year 2000, I was spiritually guided to create an accelerated version of Vipassana breath mediation for today’s fast past world for people who only have an hour now and then to put into it.  I call it the I AM Breath, because the intention is to download your Magical I AM Presence into your body.

As you practice the I AM Breath,  you will likely be reminded how good it feels to be more soul embodied.  One indication that the life energy of the soul is more embodied is the pH test. Those who are willing, can do a pH test before and after our breathing exercise. Their body will likely become more alkaline, meaning more electronic activity is happening.  And, some people may notice the “alkaline tingles, ” a blissful in-the-body sensation when the pH reaches about 7.5-8.0.

Don’t worry, our breathing will not put you through an out of control emotional roller coaster like some other breath methods. Although emotions may temporarily arise, I show you how to be in complete control of your experience.  It is gentle, and truly the most blissful way of breathing I have ever experienced.  Here is one testimonial of many.
